I'm Becca, The Preschool Professional

Over the course of 15 years in Early Childhood Education, I’ve worked as a teacher, administrative assistant, assistant director and director. I’ve supported independently owned schools and franchise programs, well-established programs and brand-new ones — including schools in pre-opening phases.

My experience includes leading teams through accreditation, operational changes, and periods of significant transition, including the operational and staffing challenges of COVID-19. I understand the realities of preschool leadership because I’ve lived them across multiple roles and environments.

That experience has helped me to create a practical, grounded approach to the support I offer— rooted in how programs actually operate, not in theory or trends.
